ORDINANCE N0. 321
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 88 OF THE CITY CODE TO RES'£RICT THE
USE OF MOTOR-DRIVEN VEHICLES OR SKIS ON ANY WATER OR WATERWAY WITH-
IN THE CITY OF FRIDLEY.
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows;
SECTION 1. Chapter 88 of the Fridley City Code is hereby
amended to provide for a Section 88.11 as follows;
SECTION 88.11 WINTER-TIME VEHICLES
This chapter shall be construed to include the following
restr':ctions of [dinter-time vehicles such as motor-driven
ski or sled vehicles on any of the frozen water or water-
ways within the City of Fridley:
(a) No person shall operate any such motor-driven ski or
sled vehicle unless he is of the age of 15 years.
** (b) No person shall use the public water or waterways for
a use other than the use posted for Winter sports
activity by the Director of Parks and Recreation.
ATTEST:
(c) No person sha11 operate any motor-driven ski or sled
vehicle before daylight or after 9:35 P.M.
