AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY
CHARTER TO VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO
AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fri_dley do ordain as follows;
SECTION 1. For the vacation of the utility easement described
as follows:
� The utility easement lying South of and adjacent to
Lot 6, Block 25, Hyde Park Addition and lying between
the East and West lines of said Lot 6 extended South
to the North line of B1ock 1, City View Addition
A11 lying in the North half (Nz) of Section 23, T-30,
R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka, State of
Minnesota
be and is'hereby vacated, except the City of Fridley
retain an easement for utility purposes over the
Southerly six (6) feet of that portion of the easement
herein described and vacated.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made after Notice of PuUlic
Hearing in conformance with Minnesota Statutes and
pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of City Code shall be so amended.
