AN QRDINANGE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONING DISTRICT
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTZON 1
SECTION 2
Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as
hereinafter indicated,
The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the City
of Fridley and described as:
That part of Outlot No. 1, Melody Manor 4th Addition described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast (NE) corner of said Outlot No. 1;
thence South along the East line of said Outlot No. 1 to the
South line; thence West along the South line of said Outlot
No. 1 a distance of 190 feet; thence North parallel to the
West line of said Outlot No. 1 a distance of 202.01 feet;
thence West parallel Co the North line of said Outlot No. 1
a distance of 364.38 feet; thence North parallel to the
West line a distance of 227.30 feet; thence East parallel
to the North line of said Outlot No. 1 a distance of 330.00
feet; thence North parallel to the West line of said Outlot
No. 1 a distance of 150.00 feet to the North line of said
Outlot No. 1; thence East along the North line of said Outlot
No. 1, 216:27 feet to the point of beginning; thence terminat-
ing, all lying in Section 11, T-30, R-24, County of Anoka,
State of Minnesota.
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District known as
R-3A (general multiple family dwelling),
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change the
official zoning map to show said tract or area from zoned
district R-1 (single family dwelling areas) to R-3A (general
multiple family dwellings),.
