AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF FRIDLEY,
MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONINC DISTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as
hereinafter indicated.
SECTION 2. The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the City
of Fridley and described as:
That part of Outlot No. 1, Melody Manor 4th Addition
described as fol:�ows:
Beginning at the Northwest (NW) corner of said Outlot No. 1,
thence East along the North line of said Outlot No. 1 a dis-
tance of 217.82 feet to�the actual point of beginning; thence
continue East along the North line of said Outlot No. l, a
distance of 330.00 feet; thence South on a line parallel to
the West line of said Outlot No. 1 a distance of 150.00 feet;
thence West parallel.to the North line of said Outlot No. 1
a distance of 330.00 feet; thence North parallel to the West
line.of sai_d Outlot No. 1, 150.00 feet to the actual point of
beginning; thence texminating, a11 lying in Section 11, T-30,
R-24, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota
is hereby designated to be in the Zuned District knuwn as
C-1 (local business areas). �
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change the
official zoning map to show said tract or area from zoned
district R-1 (single family dwellings) to C-1 (local
business areas).
