AN ORDINANCE UNDER SEGTION 12.07 OF THE CITY
CHARTER TO VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO
AMEND APPEI3DIX C OF THE CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do oxdain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of the alley described as follows:
All of the a11ey located North of and
adjacent to Lots 1 through 8 Block 13,
Spring Brook Park Addition lying between
the West line of said LoC 1 and the West
line of the Great Northern Railway right
of way
All lying in the South One Ha1f (Sz) of
Section 3, T-30, R-24, City of Fridley,
County of Anoka, State of Minnesota
All lying in the South One Half (S?) o£
Section 3, T-30, R-24, City o£ Fridley,
County of Anoka, State of Minnesota
be and is hereby vacaCed, except Chat the
City of Fridley retain an easemant for
drainage and utility purposes over the
poiCion of the alley herein described and
vacated,
SECTION 2, The said vacation has been made after Notice of
Public Heaxing in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the
City Charter and Appendix C of City Code shall
be so amended..
