AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 33.01 QE THE CITY
COAE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY BY PROVIDING THAT THE

TO THE LOCATION OF INCINERATORS
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: �
That CHAPTER 33.01 be amended by adding to SECTION 33.01 the following:
Piovided, howevex, the Chief of the Fire ➢epartment or the Chief of
the Fire Prevention Bureau may authorize the location of.a rubbish burner,
incinerator, or similar device at a location less than fifteen (15) feet
from any flammable material, building or structure when in the opinion of
the Chief of the Fire Department or the Chief of the Fire Prevention Sureau
said burner, incinerator, or similar device does not constitute a fire
hazaxd at said location. Waiver of said fifteen (15) feet requirement shall
be in writing and copy of said waiver kept on file in the Fire Department.
