AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 32 OP THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF FRIDLEY BY PRCiVIDING FOR THE ADOPTION OF TtiE
FIRE PREVENTION CODE, EDITION 1965 AS RECOMNICNDED BY
THE AbFRICAN INSURANCE ASSOCIATION
, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That SECTION 32.01 of the City Code of Fridley be amended as follows:
3Z.01 Tfie provisions of the Fire Prevention Code as recommended
by the American Insuranee Association, edition of 1965,
together with appendices "A" and `!B" which are included in said
code, and excluding Section 28.1 of said code, are hereby adopted,
by reference, as the Fire Preventioa Code for the City of Fridley.
