AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 45 OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF FRIDLEY ENTTMERATING THE KINDS OF ZONING DISTRICTS
WITHIN THE CITY OF FRIDLEY.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That SECTION 45.04 of the City City Code of Fridley be amended as follows:
45.04. For the purpose of this Chapter, the following fifteen kinds of
districts are hereby established within the City of Fridley;
R-1 Districts; or One-Family Dwelling Districts.
R-2 Districts; or Limited Multiple Dwelling Districts.
R-2A Districts; Double Bungalow Districts.
R-3 Districts; or General Multiple Dwelling Districts.
R-3A Districts; Apartment and Multiple Dwelling Districts,
R-4 Districts; Trailex Park Districts.
P Districts; or Public Facilities Districts.
C-1 Districts; or Local Business Districts.
C-1S Districts; or Local Shopping Center Districts.
C-2 Districts; or General Business Districts.
C-2S Districts; or General Shopping Center Districts.
C-R1 Districts; or Medical; Dental and similar clinics Di,stricts.
C-R2 Districts; or Office, Service and Limited Business Districts,
M-1 Districts; or Light Industrial Districts.
M-2 Districts; or Heavy Industrial Districts.
