ORDINANCE N0. 337
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
MINNESOTA BY ADOPTING A CHANGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS.
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Appendix D of the City of Fridley is amended as hereinafter indicated.
SECTION 2. The tract or area within the City of Fridley, County of Anoka,
and described as Block 1; Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6, 26, 27, 28, 29,
Block 2; and Block 3; all in Commerce Park Addition are hereby designated
to be in the zoning district known as C-1 (local business areas).
SECTION 3. The tract or area within the City of Fridley, County of Anoka,
described as Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18,
19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, & 25, Block 2, Commerce Park Addition is hereby
designated to be in the zoning district known as CR-2 (office, service and
limited business district).
SECTION 4. Zoning administration is directed to change the official
. zoning map to indicate the above zoning changes.
