ORDINANCE N0. 345
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY
OF FRIDLEX, MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN 20NING
DISTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows;
SECTION 1
SECTION Z
Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as herein-
after indicated.
The tract or area within the County of Anoica and the City of
Fridley and described as:
All of Lots 9 through 22, BTock l, Nagel's Woodlands, lying
in Section 12, T-30, R-24, City o£ Fridley, County of Anoka,
State of Minnesota
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District known as
R-4 (district uses permitted).
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change the
official zoning map to show said tract or area from zoned
district M-1 (light industrial areas) to R-4 (district �ses
permitted):
