ORDINANCE N0. 354
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1.
SECTION 2.
Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as
hereinafter indicated.
The tract or area within the Gounty of Anoka and the City
of Fridley and described as;
A11 that paxt of Lots 4 and 17, Auditor's Subdivison No. 88
that lies within the following described lines: Commencing
at the Northeast (NE) corner of Lot 5 of said Auditor's Sub-
division, thence West along the North line of said Lot 5 to
the West right of way line of Central Avenue, the actual
point of be�inning, thence continuing West along the North
line of said Lot 5 to a point located +0.5 feet from the
Northwest (NW) corner of said Lot 5, thence North paralle 1
to and 340.4 feet West of the East line of said Auditor's
Subdivision a distance of 570 feet, thence East para11e1 to
the North line of said Lot 5 a distance of 290.4 feet to the
West right of way line of Central Avenue, thence SouYh aLong
the West right of way line of Central Avenue to the point of
beginning, thence terminating
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District kno�on as
PD (planned development districts)
AL1 that part of Lots 4 and 17, Auditor's Subdivision No. 88
that is not now zoned C-2-S and except that part of Lot 17
� -owned by-the City of--Fridley, and except that pax�t described�
above
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District known as
C-2-S (general shopping areas)

SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change the
official zoning map to show said tra.ct or a.rea from .
Zoned District R-1 (single family dwellings) and,C-2-S
(general shopping areas) to PD (planned development
districts) and fxom R-1 (single family dwellings) to C-2-S
(General shopping areas)
All lying in the southeast Quarter (SE4) of the Southwest
Quarter (SW'�) of Section 13, T-30, R-24, City of Fridley
County of Anoka, State of Minnesota.
