AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CTTY CODE OF THE CITY
OF FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN
ZONING DISTRICTS
THE COUNCTL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1
SECTION 2
Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as
hereinafter indicated,
The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the
City of Fridley and described as:
All that part of Lots 9, 10, 11, and 12 Auditor's Sub-
division No. L55 not now zoned C^2-S, that lies East of
the following described lines; Commencing on the North
line of 53rd Avenue and the East Line of Oak Hil1 Addition,
thence North along the East line of said Oak Hi11 Addition
to the North Line of Lot 12, Auditor's Subdivision No. 155,
thence west along said North line to a point located 1318.40'
East of the West line of said Lot 12, thence North to the
North Line of Lot 11, Auditor's Subdivision No. 155 to a
point located 1318.40' East of the West line of said Lot 11,
thence West along the South of Lot 10 to the East line of
Lyndale Builder's 4th Addition, thence North along the Fast
line of Lyndale Builder's 4th Addition to the Northeast
corner of said Lyndale Builder's 4th Addition, thence
terminating ,
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District known
as C-2-S (general shopping areas).
SECTTON 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed Co change the
official zoning map to show said tract or area fxom zoned
district R-1 (single family dwellings) to C-2-S (general
shopping areas).
