AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEX, MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONING
DPSTRTCTS
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1

SECTION 3
Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as
hereinafter indicated.
The tract or�area within the County of Anoka and Che
City of Fridley presently zoned as C-1-S and described
as:
a) A11 of B1ock 1, Bourdeaux's Spring Brook Addition,
b) Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block 2, Bourdeaux's Spring
Brook Addition,
Is hereby designated to be in the zoning district P.D.
(Planned Development).
The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the
City of Fridley presently zoned R-1 and described as;
a) All of Lots 2 through 9 inclusive, Block 2,
Bourdeaux's Spring Brook Addition,
b) All of Block 1, Spring Brook Park 2nd Addition,
Is hereby designated to be in the zoning district P.D.
(Planned Development).
SECTION 4.. The Zaning Administration is directed to change the
official zoning map to indicate the above zoning changes,
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 20TH DAY OF
MARCH, 1967.
