AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A BUILDING PERMIT
FEE:SCHEDULE AND AMENDING SECTION 46.2 OF THE
CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
1 That Sections 200.010 to 200.9040 of the Code of Ordinance, City of
Minneapolis, Minnesota as amended Segtember 30, 1966, is hereby adopted
by reference and established as a'schedule of fees to be used in connection
with the building cade of the City of Fridley, with the following exceptions:

1. In Section 201.020 of the Code of Ordinance, City of Minneapolis,
� delete reference to fireproof buildings and substitute Construction
- Type I, II, and�IV buildings as defined in the uniform building
code 1964 edition.
2. In Section 201.040 of the Code of Ordinance, City of Minneapolis,
delete reference to non-fireproof buildings and insert Type III
and V buildings as defined in the uniform building code 1964 edition.
3. Section 201.030 and Sections 206.010 to 206,070 of the Code of
Ordinance, City of Minneapolis are deleted and are not a part of
the City Code of the City of Fridley.
