OF Tk� CITSt CODE
The Councii of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of the street described as followa:
All that part of the Highway �65 West Service
Drive that lies South of the North line of Block 2,
Moore Lake Nighlands Fourth Addition extended Eest
to the tiest Highway i165 Right of Way except the North
ten feat (10') thereof;
All lying in the South Half (3� of Sectioa 13, T-30,
R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka, State of
Minnesota;
. be and is hereby vacated, except that the City ot
Fridley retain an easement for drainage and utility
pu*poses over the portion of the street herein
described and vacated.
SfiCTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with
Minnesota Statutea and pursuant to Section 12.07 of
the City Charter and Appendix C of City Code shall be
so amended.
