The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as followsr
SSCTION 1. For the vacation of the street described as
follows:
All that part of the Riverview Terrace cul de sac
that lfes West of the following described line:
Commencing on the North line of Lot 13, Auditor'e
Subdivision No. 23 Revised that is Z04.19 feet 41eat
of the Northeast cocner of said Lot 1.3; thence in a
Noc%herly direction to a point in the Weat line of
the plat of Johnson's River Lane Addition located
107,26 feet Southerly of the Northwest corner oE
said Johnson's River Lane Addition, thence terminating.
All l.ying in the South Half (S'-f) of Section 15, T-30,
R-24� City of Fridley, County of Anoka, Stete of Minnesota
be and is hereby vacated. .
SSCTION 2. The said vacation has been made in confarmance with
Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of
the City Charter and Appendix C of City Code shall be
