AN OBDINANCB TO AMEND TkUi CIT1C GODS OF THS CITY
OF FRIDIF,Y, MINNfiSOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN
ZONING DISTRICTS
The Council oi the City of Fridley do ordain aa tollowe:
3SCITON 1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as
hereinafter indicated,
SECTiON 2. The tract or area within Yhe County of Anoka and the
City of Fridley presently zoned as R-1 and described
as:
Ail that part of Lot 4, Block 2, Hayes River Lots not
now zoned R-3 (General Multiple Family D�llings), said
parcel being a strip of land approximatelq 100' Wi.de
lying adjacent to the Mississippi Rivec;
All that part of Lots 17 and 18, Auditor's Subdivision
iQo. 78 not noW zoned R-3 (Ge�eral Multiple Family
Dwellings), said parcel M ing along the West edge of
said Lota and adjacent r_o the Mississippi River;
all lying in Section 22, T-30, R-24, City of Fridley,
County of Anoka, State of Minnesota;
Ia hereby designated to be in the Zoned District known
