ORDINANCE N0. 375
�� AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE
CITY OF FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE
IN ZONING DISTRICTS

The Council of the'`City of Fridley do ordain as follows: �
SECTION 1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as
hereinafter indicated.
SECTION 2. The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the
City of Fridley and described as: �
All of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and b, Block 1, Carlson's
Summit Manor Annex 2nd Addition lying in the North-
west Quarter (NW4) of Section 26, T-30, R-24, County
of Anoka, State of Minnesota �
Is hereby designated to be in the�Zoned District ��-� �
known as R-3A (general multiple family dwellings only). � �
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change
the official zoning map to show said tract or area
from zoned district R-1 (single famiLy dweLLings) to . . ��
