The Village of Fridley do oa �
dain as follows:
SECTION �1: That Ordinance
No. 3 entitled "An Ordinancc
Pertaining to Waste Disposal"
and passed by the Village Coun- .
cil of the Village of Fridley on
the 13th day of July, 1949, is
hemby amended so as to add an- �
other seMion. And that said � �
Ordinance in all respects shall be
made a part of this amerided
Ordinance.
SECTION 2: It shall be un- �
lawful to haal, or in any manner �
transport garbage or refuse into -
or over any public roads in the �
Village unless same is securely �
fastened and eovered. �
