ORDINANCE NO. 385
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 36, SECTIONS 36.07� 36.08,
AND 36.09 REGARDING THE BOARD OF HEALTFI
THE COUNCIL OF THE CI'lY OF FRIIIZ�EY DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOV7S:
That Sections 36.07, 36.08 and 36.09 of the City Code of
Fridley are hereby repealed and there is hereby enacted new sub-
sections of the Fridley City Code entitled 36.061, 36.062 and
36.063, which read as follows:
�� 36.061. The City health officer, or another member of the
board, shall make a continuous sanitary inspection of SANITARY
public and private property in the City, and present a INSPECTION
written report of such inspections, together with his
recommendation to the City Manager.

36.062. The City health officer periodically and as deemed
necessary shall cause a notice to be inserted in the of- PUBLICATIONS
ficial paper at the expense of the City calling health
ordinance requirements and laws to the attention of pro-
perty owner and occupants.
36.063. The members of the board of health shall receive
compensation for their services as the council may pre-
scribe for services actually spent in the per£ormance of
their duties. The City health officer, however, shall re-
ceive a salary to be determined by the City Council,
payable monthly, which shall be in lieu of all other com-
pensation from the City.
