on any premises not atored in containers which comply xith this ordinance,
or any acc�ulation o£ refuse on any premiaes is herebq declared to be a
nuisanca and ahall be abated by order of the City of Fridley Health Offic��
as provided by Minnesota Statutes� Sectiona ].,�5.22 and 145.23� and the
cost oP abatement may be assessed on the property uhere the nuisance vae
found, as grovided in said eectione. ,.
