OF FRIDLEY� MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE
IN ZONING DISTRICTS
The Council of the City oY Fridley do ordain as followa:
SECTION 1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley ia emended ea
hereinafter indicated.
SECTION 2. The tract or area within the Count� of Amka ani tho
City oP Fridley and described sa:
Lot 4s Block 1� Wilson Add±tion lying in the South
HalP (3�) of section 34, T-30, R-24, County of
Anoka� City of Fridley, State of Mi,nnesota.
Ia hereby desi ted to be in the Zoned District
known as R-3A �aPartment and multiple dwellings
distriet).
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator ia directed to chang`�
the official zoning map to show said trsct or area from
zoned district R-1 (single famil,v daellinga diatrict)
