SHOOTING� TRAPPING, KILLING OR INJURING OIQ

FRIDLEY AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE
VIOLATION THEREOF.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY DO ORDAIN AS�FOLLOW3:
SECiI0N:1. It shall be unlawful for any peraon to hnmt
tak�� ahoot� trap� kill� injure or attempt to injure ar�q,wild
animals or birde within the City of Fridlep by use of fireaxma�
bou and arrow� traps, poison, or am,/ other meana.
, SECTION 2. The prohibitions in Saction I shall not preven'G
a property owner� or hie agsnts� from eradicating rodents on h3�
property.
SECTIO& 3. The prohibitioaa coatained in the Ordiminee
ahall be in addition to any Stata or Federal lav regarding the
same or related subjecta.
