AN ORDINI�NCE EIMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 372 OF TIiE CITY
CODE REGULATING AND LICENSING FOOD ESTABLISIiMENTS 11ND
FOOD VENDING Mb1CHINES AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR
VIOLATIONS THEREOF.
�i'he City Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 372, Section 43, of the Fridley City
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 43 (d). Temporarv SusPension of License. The Enforcing
Officer with the approval o£ the City Manager shall immediately
suspend the license of any food escablishment for the violation
of any terms oi this Ordinance iL such violations constitute
an imminent public health hazard. Upon notification by the En-
forcing Officer of a temporary suspension of license by posting
of his report at the time of the inspection, the licensee shail
forthwit�i cease operation. The licensee may appeal the temp-
orary suspension in writing to the City Council. Upon notifi-
cation in writing by the licensee to the Health Authority that
all violations have been corrected, for which temporary suspension
was invoked, the Enforcing of£icer shall re-inspect the food
establishment within a reasonable length of time. If all viola-
tions constituting the grounds for the temporary suspension
have been corrected, the En£orcing O£ficer shall iorthwith
terminate the suspension.
