ORDINANCE NO. 396
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY
Cfi�1RTER TO VACATE STREETS AI3D ALLEYS AND TO AMEND
APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE.
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of the street described as
follows:
All that part of the thirty foot (30') street
. along the North side o£ Fridley Par;c Addition
between East River Road and the Mississippi
River,
All lying in the North Half (N'�) of Section 15,
T-30, R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka,
State of Minnesota.
**** be and is hereby vacated, except that the City
o£ Fridley retain an easement for drainage and
utility purposes over the portion of the street
herein described and vacated.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance
. with Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to Section
12.07 0£ the City Charter and Appendix C of City
' Code shall be so amended.
