ORDINANCE NO. 399
AN ORD733T.NCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODI3 OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows: _
SECTION 1. Appendix D o£ the City Code of Fridley is amended as
hereinafter indicated.
SECTION 2. The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the
City of Fridley and described as:
Lot 11, Block 1, Moore Lake Highlands, 3rd Addition
lying in the South Half (SZ) of Section 13, T-30,
R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka, State of
Minnesota.
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District
known as CR-1 (clinics and allied laboratories
_ district).
SECTION 3. That the 2oning Administrator is directed to change
the official zoning map to show said tract or area from
2oned district R-2 (limited multiple family district)
to CR-1 (clinics and allied laboratories district).
