AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY
CHARTER TO VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO
AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SSCTION 1. For the vacation of all that part of a utility
and drainage easement described as follc�as:
The Easterly two feet (2') of the Westerly
five feet (5') of the Southerly fifteen
£eet (15') of the Northerly twenty feet
(20') of Lot 22A, Block 1, Lyndale Builders
4th Addition.
Al1 lying in the Southeast Quarter (SE'�) of
Section 23, T-30, R-24, City of Fridley,
County of Anoka, State of Minnesota:
be and is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2. 7�he said vacation has been made in conforma-
tion with Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to
Section 12.07 0£ the City Charter and Appendix
C of the City Code shall be so amended.
