ORDINANCE NO. 401
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 80, PRESENTLY
CODED AS CHAPTER 53 OF THE FRIDLEY CITY CODE REGULATING
LAND ALTERATIONS WITHIN THE CI^1Y OF FRIDLEY
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Ordinance No. 80 0£ the City Code adopted January 2, 1957,
and entitled, "An Ordinance relating to the alteration of land in
the Village of Fridley and for the purpose of promoting the health,
safety, order, convenience, prosperity, and general welfare in the
said Village and providing for the issuance of permits and the
collection of fees therefore and providing penalty for the vio-
lation thereof", and presently coded as Chapter 53 of the Fridley
City Code is hereby repealed upon the date this ordinance be-
comes effective, but such repeal shall have no e£fect on any
proceedings taken thereunder by the City and pending on such
date but such proceedings may be continued under said ordinance.
