AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY
OF FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN
ZONING DISTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows;
SECTION 1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as
hereinafter indicated.
SECTION 2. The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the
City o£ Fridley and described as:
The South 150 feet, front and rear of Lot 9,
Auditor's Subdivision #88 a11 lying in the
South Half (S'�) of Section 13, T-30 R-24, City
of Fridley, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota,
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District
known as R-3A (apartment and multiple dwellings).
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change
the official zonil�g map to shaa said tract or area
�: from zoned district R-1 (single family dwellings)
to R-3A (apartment and multiple dwellings dis-
- trict) .
