ORDINANCE N0. 417
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY� MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONING
DISTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1

SECTION 3
Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as herein-
after indicated.
The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the City of
Fridley and described as:
Outlot l, Block l, Nagel's Woodlands, Anoka County, Minnesota;
together with all that part of the Northwest Quarter (NW'�) of
the Northwest Quarter (NW'a) of Section 12, lying Easterly of
said Nagel's Woodlands, Westerly of Lampert's Addition; Northerly
of the Westerly extension of the Southerly line of said Lampert's
Addition, and South of the South line of Usborne Road, lying
in the Northwest Quarter (NW'�) of Section 12, T-30, R-24, City
of Fridley, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota.
I�s hereby designated to be in the Zoned District known as C-2
(general business areas).
That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change the official
zoning map to show said tract or area from zoned district M-1
(light industrial) to C-2 (4eneral business areasl.
