ORDINANCE N0. 418
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONING
DISTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as herein-
after indicated.
SECTION 2. The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the City of
Fridley and described as:
Lots 26 and 27, Block 2, Commerce Park, lying in the Northwest
Quarter (NW$) of Section 11, T-30, R-29, City of Fridley,
County of Anoka, State of Minnesota.
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District known as
CR-2 (office services and limited business).
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change the
official zoning map to show said tract or area from zoned
district C-1 (local business areas) to CR-2 (office services and
limited business). " '
