ORUINANCE NO. 419
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO CONSTRUCTION OF GASOLINE SERVICE
STATIONS AND DRIVE-IN RESTAURANTS REQUIRING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT,
THEREFORE� AMENDING SECTION 45.10 5UBDIVISION 4 AND 5 AND
AMENDING SECTION 45.19 BY ADDING SUBDIVISIONS 15 AND 16.
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1
45.10 (4)

SECTION 2
Section 45.10 Subdivision 4 and 5 of the Fridley City Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Automobile display and sales rooms, parking lots and structures.
Bakeries, cafes, confectioneries, and ice cream and soft drink
shops.
Section 45.19 of the Fridley City Code is hereby amended by
adding Subdivisions lS`-and Z6�-�to read as follows:
45.19 (15). Gasoline service stations, and when accessory thereof, the
retail sale of gasoline, oil, grease, and automobile parts and
accessories, and the washing, cleaning, greasing and servicing
of automobiles, including minor adjustments and repairs, but
� not general repairs, overhauling, rebuilding, demolition or
-- spray painting. In C-1, C-1S, C-2, and.C-2S.
" 45.19 (16). Drive-In restaurants including the preparation of food products
for retail sale from their sites only. In C-1, C-1S, C-2, and�
C-2S.
