ORDINANCE N0. 421
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY
CHARTER TO VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO
AMFND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as £ollows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of the street described as follows:
The North thirty feet (30') of the South fifty feet
(50') of Lots l, 2, 3, and 4, B1ock 1, Spring Brook
Park Addition.
All lying in the South Half (S'�) of Section 3, T-30,
R-24� City of Fridley, County of Anoka, State of
Minnesota,
be and is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with
Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 0£ the
City Charter and Appendix C of the City Code sha11 be
so amended.
