ORDINANCE NO. 422
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE
CITY CHARTER TO VACATE UTILITY EASEMENTS
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of the utility easements as follows:
The utility easement lying South of and adjacent to
Lot 5, Block 25, Hyde Park Addition and lying between
the East and West lines of said Lot S extended South
to the North line of Block 1, City View Addition.
All lying in the North_Half (N'�) of Section 23, T-30,
R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka, State of
Minnesota.
be and is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with
� Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of
the City Charter.
