ORDINANCE NO. 425
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF TH� CITY CHARTEA TO
VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE
CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of two alleys described as follows:
Two alleys located in Block S, Onaway Addition,
All lying in the southeast quarter (SE�) of the southeast
quarter (SE�C) of Section 3, T-30, R-24, City of Fridley,
County of Anoka, State of Minnesota,
be and is hereby vacated, except that the City of Fridley
retain an easement for drainage and utility purposes over
the portion of the alleys herein described and vacated.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with
Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the
City Charter and Appendix C of the City Code shall be so
amended.
