ORDINANCE NO. 428
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 71.01 OF THE CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 71.01 of the Fridley City Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
71.01. Drivezs' License Law incorporated by reference.
The regulatory provisions of Minnesota Statutes 1959,
Chapter 171, as amended by Laws 1969 of the State of
Minnesota are hereby adopted as a Drivers' License Ordinance
in the City of�Fridley, and are hereby incorporated in and
made a part of this Ordinance as completely as if set out
here in full.
