Th,e Couacil of the City of Fridley do ordain as follawa:
SECTION J.. For the vacatiaa of the atreet desc�ribed as follaws:
All that part of Horizon Drive lying between
the East right of way line of T[iird Street
Northeast and a line located twenty feet (20')
Wesz of the West right of way of State Trunk
Highway No. 4? (University Avenue Northeast)
All located in the North Ha1f (N�) of Section 26,
T-30, R-24, City of Fridley, Gouaty of Anoka,
Minnesota
