ORDINANCE N0. 433
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 105.01 OF THE CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 105.01 of the Fridley City Code is hereby amended to read
as follows;
105.01. Every person who violates this code is subject to al1 penalties
provided for such violaYion. Except where a different, specific or more
particular penalty is provided or allowed with respect to any offense, any
person guilty of a violation of this code �sha11 upon conviction of such
offense, be fined in an amount not to exceed $300.00 or be imprisoned in
jail for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days for each offense of which
he is convicted, together with the costs of prosecution thereof as are
allowed by law.
Whenever a di£ferent, specific or more particular penalty is provided, or
allowed or required with respect to a conviction of aay certain offense,
then such penalty shall be imposed therefor in place of the general penalty
