AN ORDIN.ANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODC OF THL CITY OF
FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA BY MAKTNG A CHANGE I� ZONIiVG
DISTRICTS
The Council o£ the City of Pridley do ordain as folloWS:
SECTION 1
SECTION 2
Appendix D o£ the City Code of Fridley is amended as
hereinafter indicated.
The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the
City of Fridley and described as follot�s;
Lots S, 6 and North Half (Ni) of Lot 7, Block 10,
Fiamilton's Addition to A7echanicsville, including the
vacated alley and the vacated portion of Sixth Street
lying adjacent to the above described lots, all lying
in the South Half(Sz) of Section 23, T-30, R-24,
City of Fridley, County of Anoka, A4innesota.
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned llistrict
known as R-3A (apartments only � general multiple
dwellings).
� ; SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change the
o£ficial zoning map to show said tract or area from Zoned
District R-2 [limited multiple family dwellings) to R-3A
(apartments only - general multiple family dwellings).
