AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER 'PO VACATE
STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For vacation of the street described as follows:
The South sixteen feet (16') of 57th Place lying East of
a line extended North that is twenty feet (20') East and
parallel to the West line of Lot 7, Slock 7, City View Addition
and West of a line that is para11e1 to and 57.5 feet West of
centerline of the 5outhbouiid lane of State Trunk Flighway No.
47,
All lying in Section 23, T-30, R-24, City of Fridley, County
of Anoka, Minnesota.
Be and is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2. That said vacation has been made in confosmance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to 5ection 12.07 of the City Charter
and Appendix C of the City Code shall be so amended.
