AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY
CHARTER TO VACATE STREETS AND AT.LEYS AND TO
AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
', SECTION I. For vacation of the street described as follows:

� The South sixteen £eet (16') of 57th Place lying

(20') East and parallel to the West line of Lot 7,
' Block 7, City Vi:ew Addition and West of a line
