ORDINANCE N0. 443
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEi�D THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONING
DISTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as
hereinafter indicated.
SECTION 2. The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the
City of Fridley and described as:
The North 813 feet of the East three quarters (E 3/4)
of the Northeast Quarter (NE;) of the Northeast Quarter
(NE',) of Section 13, T-30, R-24, City of Fridley,
County of Anoka, State of Minnesota
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District
known as R-3A (apartment and multiple dwellings)
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change
the official zoning map to show said tract or area
from zoned district R-1 (single family dwellings) to
R-3A (apartment and multiple dwellings district).
