ORDINANCE N0. 445
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING FRIDLEY CITY CODE CHAPTER 78
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 78.34 is amended to read as follows:
Section 78.34 No motor vehicle or snowmobile shall be permitted to
drive on or upon park lands except roadways, parking lots, and areas
designated by Parks and Recreation Commission except such motor
vehicles or snowmobiles operated by the City of Fridley or under their
direction for park maintenance or emergency purposes.
SECTION 2. Section 78.37 is amended to read as follows:
Any unoccupied motor vehicle or snowmobile found in violation of the
provisions of this chapter may be immediately removed and impounded
, by any police officer or duly authorized person in accordance with
this chapter.
SECTION 3. THAT THERE IS HEREBY ENACTED A NEW SUBSECTION of Fridley
City Code entitled 78.41 which reads as follows:
78.41 Fridley Code of Ordinance 70 and 71 are adopted and made •
applicable to parks, playgrounds, and all other property owned or
controlled by the City of Fridley and to all lands owned or controlled
by school districts lying within the corporate limits of the City of
Fridley.
