ORDINANCE N0. 447
AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT TRUCKS ON CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS
IN THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Trucks prohibited.
The City of Fridley does hereby restrict the operation of trucks on
highways under their jurisdiction pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
169.87 subdivision 1 and authorizes the erection of street signs
designating the streets so restricted.
SECTION II. Restrictions
It is hereby prohibited to.operate trucks having a gross weight of more
than three (3) tons on the following designated streets.

The above weight restrictions shall not apply to trucks making deliveries to
residences and businesses at the streets set forth in SECTION II herein.
