AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 14, PRESENTLY CODED AS
CHAPTER 81 OF TIiE FRIDLEY CITY CODE, REGULATING THE SALE
OF NON-INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR WITHIN THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
Ordinance No. 14 of the City Code, adopted August 1, 1949, and entitled
"Regulating the Sale of Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor" for the purpose
of licensing the sale of on and off sale non-intoxicating malt liquor,
and presently coded as Chapter 81 of the Fridley City Code is hereby
amended as follows:
, Every applicant for an 0£f-Sale License shall pay a license fee of
$15 per year.
