ORDINANCE N0. 452
AN ORDINANCE TO AhfEND THE CITY CODH OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA
BY MP.KING A CHANGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as
hereinafter indicated.
SECTION 2. The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the
City of Fridley and described as:
Lot 1, Block 3, Commerce Park, all lying in the North
Half (N�) of Section 11, T-30, R-24, City of Fridley,
County of Anoka, State of hiinnesota.
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District
known as C-2 (general business areas).
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change
the official zoning map to show said tract or area
from zoned district G 1(local business areas) to
C-2 (general business areas).
