ORDINANCE N0. 453
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE BY PROVIDING SECTION 2.05 THEREIN
AND PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A DEPUTY CITY CLERK
The Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Fridley City Code be amended by inserting the
following therein as Section 2.05:
That the City Clerk may designate an employee of the City
as a"Deputy City Clerk" who shall have authority to
act for and in behalf of the City Clerk during the
absence of the City Clerk from the City 1]a1L
