ORDINANCE N0. 459
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 45.103 RELATING TO THE LOT AREA AND
LOT WIDTH REQUIREMENTS FOR C-1, C-1S, C-2, G 2S
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 45.103, Subdivision 1 of the Fridley City Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
1) Lot Area -
A lot area of not less than 25,000 square feet is
required for one main building, however, if the
lot width for a lot is a minimum of 200 feet, the
lot area requirement of 25,000 square feet is
waived, and no minimum lot area is required.
2) Lot Width -
A lot width of not less than 200 feet is required
at the required setback, however, if the lot area
for a lot is a minimum of 25,000 square feet, the
lot width requirement of 200 feet is waived and
no minimum lot width is required.
