The Council o£ the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended
as hereinafter indicated.
SECTION 2. The tract or area within the County of Anoka and ��� �
the City of Fridley presently zoned as C-1 (local
. �� business areas) and described as:
Lots l, 2, 3, 4 and Lot 9, Central Avenue Addition
lying in the South Half of Section 12, T-30, R-24,
. County of Anoka, Minnesota.
.. � Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District ��
. known as C-2 (general business areas).
SECTION 3. The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the
� City of Fridley presently zoned as M-1 (light
industrial areas) and described as:
Lots 5 and 6 and the North 68 feet of Lot 20,
��. Central Avenue Addition lying in the South Half �
.. of Section 12, T-30, R-24, County of Anoka, �

Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District
- known as C-2 (general business areas). � �
SECTION 4. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change
the official zoning map to show said tracts or areas
� � to be rezoned from C-1 (local business areas) and
� M-1 (light industrial areas) to-C-2 (general
