ORDINANCE NO. 463
AN ORDFNANCE ADDING TO SECTION 81, BEER, SECPION 81.13 WHICH SECTION
SHALL AUTHORIZE THE CITY COUNCIL TO ISSOE LICENSES TO NON-PROFIT
ORGANIZATIONS TO ALLOW THEM TO SELL BEER ON PUBLIC PROPERTY IN CON-
JUNCTION WITA THEIR ACTIVITIES
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION I. Section 81 of the City Code of Fridley shall be amended as herein-
after indicated.
SECTiON II. Section 81.13 shall be added to Section 81 as follows: Upon
written application by a non-profit organization, said application
stating the name of the organization, its registered office within
the State of Minnesota, the names and addresses of its principle
officers and the description of the location and activity to be
. sponsored by said orgauization, the City Council may grant on
and off sale licenses, without fee, for a period not to exceed
.. 72 hours duration. The provisions of Section 81, as applicable,
. shall be observed by said non-profit organizations.
